| The PPA Certification program provides instant public recognition of a certain level of skill. It requires regular updating of skills, thereby keeping you on the cutting edge. It places the integrity and prestige of an International Association on your side when consumers weigh you against competition. It demonstrates the depth of your photographic knowledge and expertise and provides you with promotional materials to save you time, and increases your prestige in the eyes of potential clients. You join a network of other Certified Professionals who can share their expertise and provide valuable assistance for enhancing ones business and services. And, Certification is now required to obtain your Master of Photography Degree, Master Artist Degree , or Master of Electronic Imaging Degree. |
| What you have to do |

| 1. Obtain CPP application and information packet from your State
Liaison or PPA Standards Administrator , fill out paperwork and submit to PPA. 2. Check on test dates with your State Liaison and arrange to take written test. Test are usually given at State or Regional Convention, and at Kerrville Summer Seminar. 3. If not submitted with application, send your 10 Images to PPA Standards Administrator for judging. ( judging dates will be enclosed in your information packet) 4. Once all three phases of the application have been successfully completed (References,written examination and print submission) then and only then will Certification be awarded. |
